Unable to reset system, cannot change password
On purchasing new mobile phones, unable to open system. It would not open when we used old information we had saved. We lost passwords and login details from phone, and trying to enter those we knew would not open on main screen. Please send instructions as to how we reset system Model no. KA61081H4N-A628C-UK Will NOT work on 5G , only 2.4G.
User's recommendation: Don't buy, would not recommend Floureon cctv systems.
